From the clothes you wear, food you eat, how you talk down to how you walk, someone’s eyes will roll and ears will sharpen to observe you. Not to complement the bright floral dress you think is pretty, the tuna sandwich you can only afford for breakfast, your geekyness of korean culture and your duck like walk, but to find something to pick on and use it against you.
Did people ran out of a hobby and are really that bored to judge others when they’re not doing anything wrong? and even if they did wrong, is it in their hands to define them?
If criticizing people was a job , I think 99% of the human population won’t be poor and the term UNSTABLE JOB won’t even exist.
so why do people criticize?
-The common reason why people criticize is that they’re insecure especially when you have what they can’t have.
For example: They see you living the dream they wanted for themselves, have the perfect man beside you or seeing you excel in your career.
They will try to crush you like their crushed dreams.
-Some people fail to handle the pressure of being criticized, that is why they criticize others to avenge themselves.
They have become desperate to let others know the feeling of being hurt and won’t stop unless everyone experiences it too.
-People have this tendency to think that they’re the only who’s right and thinks other people’s argument is invalid. They don’t try to analyze or understand the reason why people behave.
These kinds of people are often the most harsh critics because along the close mindedness is the feeling of insensitivity for having a rock like heart.
YOU REMIND THEM OF SOMEONE THEY HATE
– Some people criticize others because they saw someone who looked like their enemy, the one they hate or the one that hurt them the most.
Criticisms existed since time immemorial, apples may turn blue, still it won’t stop. But there are ways not to get yourself affected by the criticisms.
DON’T LET OTHER PEOPLE’S CRITICISMS DEFINE YOU
-Criticisms can strike you hard and cause you to doubt who you are but what they say about you doesn’t make you so you shouldn’t let it define you. You’re the only one who knows yourself better besides God.
STOP COVERING YOUR EARS
– Sometimes it ain’t bad to listen what they get to say, in fact you could use this as an advantage to improve yourself.
BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE
-Embrace your uniqueness and your flaws. Don’t be afraid to be who you are. What’s important is that you don’t have the intention of hurting other people.
SO . . .
DO WHAT YOU WANT, PEOPLE ALWAYS GOT SOMETHING TO SAY ANYWAY.
